Payment & Refund Policy

As I use Payoneer to accept payments. I am following the refund policy indicated below:

  • The entire amount will be reimbursed if I cannot maintain schedules after accepting a project.
  • I usually accept payment by milestones. There will be no refund for milestones completed (as agreed by the client).
  • If I cannot finish the project within deadlines, the client can ask for a refund of the current milestone, and they can end the contract.
